About the Position: This position is located at the Naval Health Clinic in Lemoore, CA. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Serve as the consultant nurse for Women's Health Service Line regarding breastfeeding issues. Establish and maintain a regular follow-up system of continuing care for mothers and their infants. Identify and manage own caseload of mother/baby patient. Develop documentation record to track progress and patient concerns. Actively promote breastfeeding and assist mothers in reaching their own goals. Support programs already in place.
