Responsibilities:
Designing and creating cocktail recipes, including signature drinks.
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
Recommending drinks based on customers' tastes and food pairings.
Ensuring consistency in drink quality, presentation, and taste.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
Monitoring and replenishing bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
Ordering and receiving bar stock when required.
Checking customers ' identification and serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Mixologist is required.
Good knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must reside within or close to Woji GRA and be available to resume immediately.
