Job Description:
• Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve client goals
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including Meta Pixel implementation
• Test and optimize ad creatives and copy to improve campaign performance
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
• Translate campaign data into clear, easy-to-understand reports for clients
Must Haves:
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines
• Demonstrated experience managing live Meta Ads accounts and campaign budgets
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Meta Pixel setup, and conversion tracking
• Strong understanding of high-performing ad creatives and copywriting
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign results in clear, plain English
• Experience with Google Ads is highly regarded but not required for this role
