Job Description
Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment, machinery, and production systems to ensure efficient plant operations.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing equipment, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, boilers, and other mechanical systems.
Diagnose mechanical faults, identify root causes of equipment failures, and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and modification of mechanical equipment to improve operational performance and reliability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and maintenance procedures while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment service logs, inspection reports, and documentation of repairs and spare parts usage.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance, improve plant reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Good knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical systems Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Strong technical and problem-solving skills Willingness to work shifts
Remuneration:
NGN 150,000 – 200,000 monthly

Agbara Industrial Area, Ado-Odo, Ogun State
