Responsibilities:
Promote and market the company's products and services to prospective clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer feedback.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using a CRM or other sales-tracking tools.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum of a BSC 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
