Responsibilities:
Participate in structured training programmes and rotational assignments across various departments.
Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental projects and business initiatives.
Support daily business operations and administrative activities.
Conduct market research, business analysis, and data collection to support decision-making.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation for management.
Assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
Analyze business performance data and recommend operational improvements.
Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Perform other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance.
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
0–2 years of work experience (internship or NYSC experience is an added advantage).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities.
