Maintenance Worker Leader NL-07

This position is located with Sports and Fitness on Fort Wainwright, AK. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives may be paid. Up to 25% recruitment and/or retention incentive may be paid (service agreement required). Recruitment incentives are applicable to newly hired individuals and rehired individuals (i.e., one being reinstated or re-employed after a break in service of at least 1 year).

Performs both daily and annual inspections and maintenance of the refrigeration system's specialized compressor, water purification, and refrigeration-system equipment.

Operates Zamboni Ice Resurfacing Machine and is responsible for scheduling annual maintenance and services.

Responsible for the maintenance of the Sports program's softball, soccer, and football fields, to include the development and maintenance of specialized athletic turf and other related field surfaces.

Coordinates with supervisor for ordering all required supplies/equipment required to maintain indoor and outdoor operations.
