Monitors and evaluates financial systems support to ensure compliance, internal controls, and optimal operating procedures. Performs financial management reviews and evaluations for assigned areas of responsibility.

Researches and resolves operational and procedural problems encountered during daily operations, including analysis of interactive systems.

Analyzes and evaluates issues and requirements, develops recommendations, and proposes new or changes to guidelines, procedures, and/or internal controls to resolve problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations.

Explains to team members the action items, projects, and/or program issues under review, problems to be solved, deadlines, and time frames for completion.

Observes training needs and relays needs and requests to the supervisor.
