Kilishop Manager
Work mode: On-site · Location: Nairobi, Kenya · Schedule: Full Time.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard KiliShop agents
Expand pickup station network
Ensure partner compliance and engagement
Monitor order delivery performance
Manage aftersales and customer collections
Validate commissions and partner payments
Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Lead regional operations teams
Track team performance and KPIs
Prepare reports and resolve escalations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
2+ years in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile operations
2+ years in a leadership/management role
Experience in business development and operations management
Experience with pickup stations, agent networks, or courier operations is an advantage
SOP development and process improvement
Performance and KPI management
Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
