Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
Support the preparation of site reports, material schedules, and progress documentation.
Monitor workmanship, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow.
Assist in setting out, leveling, and surveying tasks on site.
Report site challenges promptly and support problem‑solving efforts.
Ensure proper use of materials and prevent wastage.
Requirements:
Minimum of an OND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant site experience (industrial training experience may be considered).
Basic knowledge of construction drawings, site measurements, and engineering principles.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions accurately.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
