Job Description
About the Position: This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Facilities and Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Plan the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems in support of Army Cyber Operations.
Perform analyses to define opportunities for new or improved IT solutions to emerging cyber threats.
Serve as a consultant, providing personnel and project teams with software engineering and project management support to meet established DOD, Army and organizational standards.
Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures.
Conduct process engineering and feasibility studies and trade-off analyses.
