Job Description
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the COMMANDING OFFICER, COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPT, HUMAN CAPITAL MGMT DIV, CLASSIFICATION BR of FLTREADCEN EAST.
You will provide position management and classification support to assigned organizations under various personnel systems.
You will provide advice and assistance on automated personnel programs.
You will advise management concerning group effects of organizational change.
You will undertake special studies/research for assigned area on problems that relate to position management, organizational structure and classification.
