Human Resource Officer

QUALIFICATIONS;

Bachelor of scienee, Human Resource Management Option or business administration

Practicing member of IHRM

Must be conversant with the HRMA and other related laws of Kenya.

Must be computer literate

Must have served in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years.

Must have adequate communication skills

Must be a team player

Must be a good Advisor and negotiator

Must have adequate lcadership and supervisory skills

Must have adequate skills in conflict resolution and behavior management should have no criminal record or be associated in Fraudulent or unethical activities

Salary Scale: Job Group L.
