Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain personnel records and HR databases.
Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Handle staff inquiries and other administrative HR duties.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is an added advantage.
