Housing Manager

About the Position: This position is located within the U.S. Army Installation Management Command, Directorate of Public Works at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

Evaluates management, maintenance, and operating costs of project finances (to include furniture and appliances), development, and construction.

Reviews Executive Homes Six-year Plan and Quarterly Cost Reports for accuracy and submits forms in accordance with established guidelines.

Prepares and presents effective, accurate, and complete briefings, information, and correspondence in relation to the budget.

Serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), responsible for day-to-day management of contracts supporting housing functions as required or appointed.

Represents the organization in installation level meetings and/or at various conferences and meetings with local officials and other federal, state, or legal organizations concerning current housing programs, practices, and trends.
