Health Promotion Program Coordinator

About the Position: This position is located at Charleston Air Force Base, Charleston, South Carolina. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Coordinate and integrate multiple complex projects and programs, leveraging Health Promotion professional, scientific, technical, or administrative expertise. Research methods for engaging populations to improve human performance and incorporate evidence-based or proven methods into program planning. Assess population outcomes and present the analysis to installation partners working on health promotion and disease prevention for the population. Implement programs and provide administrative responsibility and authority in support of the installation Health Promotion Program (HPP) objectives. Applies theoretical and conceptual models from health education and related disciplines to plan effective programs and improve program delivery.
