Job Description
- Responsibilities
Drive the performance of Bayport’s national branch network, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences across all branches nationwide.
Proven commercial and multi-site leadership capability.
Strong customer-centric and strategic mindset.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.
Strong business acumen and decision-making capability.
- Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail financial services, banking, insurance, or consumer finance.
At least 3 years’ experience in senior multi-site leadership.
