Game Operations Specialists utilize a variety of software tools to communicate with players and resolve issues related to gameplay, accounts, payments, bugs, etc.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
With excellent English communication skills
Strong desire to learn Internet and website technologies and communicate with players/customers.
Ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity, using multiple tools and systems
Ability to interact and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization
Knowledge of internet, social media, and technical terminology is a plus
Must have experience in playing various Web3 games.
Must have knowledge regarding different crypto currencies and NFTs.
Experience in playing Maple Story PC is a plus.
Must be willing to work ONSITE on shifting schedules including night shift, weekends, and holidays
