Responsibilities:
Record daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions accurately.
Maintain proper financial records using QuickBooks.
Process invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Reconcile cash, bank, and POS transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Monitor stock purchases and supplier payments.
Assist with payroll preparation where required.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Support the business owner with basic financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or a similar role.
Practical knowledge of QuickBooks is mandatory.
Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Experience working in a retail store, boutique, or SME will be an added advantage.
