Facility Operations Specialist

About the Position: Plan and carry out the successive steps and handle problems and deviations in the work assignment in accordance with instructions, policies, previous training, or accepted practices. Serve as the Facilities Equipment Maintenance System automation expert. Provide system control, oversight, repair history, analysis, data entry, and documentation of current and future maintenance operations for the ongoing maintenance control program.

Analyze maintenance history for facilities and equipment Establish maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.

Develop and update maintenance equipment profiles.

Record system maintenance and repair history.

Prepare or assist in preparing annual and/or periodic program reports.

Attend project maintenance meetings and relay pertinent information.

Troubleshoots system problems and issues.
