Executive Sales Representative

We are looking for experienced Sales Executives / to join our team in the Logbook Loans / Asset Finance business.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.

Previous experience in Sales or ready to learn

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong customer acquisition, negotiation and communication skills.

Self-driven, hardworking and target-oriented.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Should be around kitengela and it's sorounding.

Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients.

Generate leads through field sales, referrals and other channels.

Guide clients through the loan application process.

Conduct customer follow-ups and ensure proper documentation.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Maintain a healthy client pipeline and strong customer relationships.
