Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective customers via phone to convert qualified leads into sales.
Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM or sales system.
Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Collaborate with the customer support and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and excellent customer service in every interaction.
Contribute to improving sales processes by providing feedback and market insights.
Requirements:
Have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant sales experience.
Be confident in handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
Have excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Be target-driven, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
Be proficient with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer applications.
Have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
