Continental Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Continental Chef to join our team.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Continental Chef.

Strong knowledge and ability to prepare a wide range of Western, European, and Asian cuisines.

Experience cooking for foreign guests/ tourists, and international clientele.

Skilled in food preparation, presentation, menu planning, and kitchen operations.

Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Bread-baking knowledge would be good but not essential — training will be provided.

Dessert-making knowledge would be good but is not essential — training will be provided.

Must be reliable, flexible, and able to work rotating shifts.

Working Arrangement

Initially on an ad hoc/casual basis.

Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
