Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is served promptly and consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor food inventory and report stock shortages.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef in a restaurant or similar establishment.
• Strong knowledge of either Nigerian local cuisine or continental cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills

Remuneration:

• NGN 120,000 – Chef specializing in Local Meals (Jollof Rice, Pepper Soup, Native Dishes, etc.)
• NGN 150,000 – Chef specializing in Continental Cuisine (Penne Pasta, Stir-fry, Grilled Dishes, Salads, etc.)
