Requirements:

Diploma or degree preferable in a business-related course

Call-centre experience on conventional books, hard/late collections

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM or collections software; comfort in data entry and reporting

Polished telephone etiquette, persuasive negotiation skills, and strong listening ability

Empathy balanced with professionalism; ability to handle conflict and stressful conversations calmly

Resilient under pressure, goal-driven, highly organized and deadline-oriented
