Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cafe Assistants.
You will play a key role in delivering excellent service, ensuring smooth store operations, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
Handle transactions accurately, including vouchers, cash, credit, and debit card payments
Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure products are displayed attractively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
Monitor customer activities to prevent theft and support store security measures
Requirements:
Basic Salary + Commission + Incentives!
Available to start work immediately or within a very short notice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team player
Willing and able to commit to a 6-day work week for full-time positions
