Business Relationship Officers (Credit Officers) -Nakuru

Roles and Responsibilities:

Marketing, promotion and sale of credit solutions.

Recruitment of customers and conducting loan appraisals.

Ensure loan repayment follow-ups and deliver good quality book.

Remain a good risk manager with good portfolio quality and high customer retention.

Prepare monthly performance reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Banking, Co-operative Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

Experience in micro business and logbook lending for at least 2 years.

Good experience in sales, marketing, and portfolio management.

Computer literate.

Able to work within a team set-up and meet deadlines.

Passionate about credit and with a high degree of integrity.

Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

High degree of integrity and confidentiality
