Responsibilities:
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Take beverage orders accurately and process payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
Monitor and replenish bar inventory, reporting low stock when necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of SSCE qualification; additional hospitality training is an advantage.
Previous experience as a barman or bartender is preferred.
Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
