Automation and PCD Engineer

Main Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Automation Solutions

Design, program, and deploy automation and process control systems.

Develop and maintain PLC and control system software to improve production efficiency

Ensure Reliability and Maintenance of Automation Systems

Maintain reliable operation of automation equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and asset management.

Support maintenance planning, spare parts management, and system lifecycle sustainability.

Manage Process Control Domain (PCD) Cybersecurity

Implement cybersecurity measures, patch management, backup procedures, and incident response processes.

Maintain updated PCD asset inventories and ensure security compliance.

Drive Safety, Compliance, and Risk Management

Ensure automation systems comply with safety, legal, and industry standards.

Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation measures, and maintain safety-related maintenance programs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Controls and Automation, Electrical and Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Minimum 4 years' experience in industrial automation.

Strong PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modification experience.

Strong HMI/SCADA and industrial networking skills.

FMCG experience is an added advantage
