Job Description
To work with other research integrity managers at the Research Compliance and Integrity Office (RCIO), ODPRT, performing the following roles:
Administering University-wide research ethics training programme, providing support for the smooth and continuous running of the "Responsible Conduct of Research" program for NUS staff and students, handling basic queries related to the programme and managing the designated Box account, performing periodic updates on designated platforms used to track participants' completion of required training.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in RCIO's databases of whistleblower complaints, case precedents and confidential communications.
Facilitating RCIO preliminary investigations into allegations of research misconduct by providing administrative support, maintaining proper case files and documentation in accordance with required formats and guidelines.
Support the review / investigations which would include coordinating inter-unit operations (for example, between RCIO and IACUC, IRB, OHR, ORMC, PVO and Research Institutes /Schools /Departments) and meetings Assisting with RCIO-initiated projects to promote research integrity across the NUS research community, including outreach activities, events and conferences Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience working in administrative role(s)
Familiarity with IT tools and digital services Extensive experience handling sensitive and confidential information Strong interpersonal communication skills A pro-active, methodical and efficient team player
