About the Position: This position is located at Irwin Army Community Hospital, Fort Riley, Kansas. This is an open continuous announcement. Maintain primary responsibility for patient care, while facilitating other specialty care.

Maintain proper medical record documentation on patients receiving treatment.

Provide group, individual and/or family teaching and counseling and/or initiates coordination of health care needs.

Manage chronic health problems in accordance with existing protocol.

Develops and recommend new techniques/approaches for establishing improved quality patient health care.

Provide professional guidance of staff engaged in primary care functions.
