Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting documentation.
Monitor and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies on time.
Prepare periodic financial reports and support management with financial information.
Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and other accounting functions as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of an HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information with integrity.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Must be willing to reside and work in Ijebu-Ode.
