Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Record daily financial transactions and update accounting records.
- Prepare, organize, and file payment documents, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Support the preparation and management of cheque books.
- Maintain proper financial and administrative records.
- Assist with other accounting and office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with cheque books, payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
