What You'll Drive

Steer learning, student life and academic administration across the Institute

Coach and develop 35+ faculty and staff — huddles, one-on-ones, termly reviews

Convene curriculum committees to build and launch industry-relevant courses

Keep regulatory records and compliance checklists audit-ready, every day

Represent Academics to students, parents, regulators and partners

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

7+ years in academic management, with 3+ years leading large teams

Working knowledge of Kenya's TVET regulatory landscape

A builder's instinct for systems: calendars, SOPs, performance frameworks

Clear, confident communication — from classrooms to the boardroom
